Can I change plans at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to the new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
What happens when I exceed my plan limits?
On the Free plan, AI features pause until your limits reset next month. On paid plans (Creator+), you'll be charged usage-based overage rates. Overage charges are rolled into your next invoice once they exceed $20.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing saves you approximately 20% compared to monthly billing. You pay for 12 months upfront, and your limits are the same each month. You can switch to annual billing at any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal through our payment processor Paddle. Paddle handles all billing, taxes, and global compliance as Merchant of Record.
How is AI processing measured?
AI processing minutes correspond to the duration of video content being analyzed. For example, analyzing a 10-minute video uses 10 AI processing minutes. Search queries, chat messages, and embeddings are counted separately.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, we offer refunds in accordance with our refund policy. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your subscription for a full refund. See our refund policy for details.
